Reasons why you should avoid canned food?

Canned food hiding low quality foods

1)   Leaking; Aluminum leaks.

As Aluminum pots and cans leak, Aluminum cans leak as will. Aluminum cans are supposed to retain the food freshness; unfortunately they retain the Aluminum free radicals hanging around after heating the can. Additionally, after a period of time Aluminum accumulation in body can cause memory problems for instance, Alzheimer’s.

2)  Low level of food quality.

No one can deny that, fruits, vegetables and other ingredients of high food quality are sold fresh as a whole piece. Whereas, the low quality food that look old are hidden in cans away from the buyer’s eyes at the supermarkets. Don’t assume the ingredients inside your canned foods to be of high quality.

SOLUTION!

Lessen the amount used of canned food as much as possible and instead of buying your favorite tomato sauce simply, start buying fresh and clean foods.

How to Change Your Current Lifestyle to a Healthy One

Tomato Salad Sautéed With Healthy Oil!

  • Hulusy Kagan (Nutrition article):

Hulusy Kagan is a good cook and writes about various nutritious salad recipes. In one of his articles he mentioned that without the impetus of a life-threatening illness, your journey should begin with small changes having long-lasting effects. Changing the ingredients you cook with is a good example; change your cooking oil from unhealthy hydrogenated oils, and from the so-called 'healthy' oils like canola or soybean, to unrefined coconut oil. You can use coconut oil as a solid shortening at temperatures below 76°, and you can melt it to use it in the liquid form, for sautéing or frying. I checked out his article and he has some great suggestions on how to start your healthy path.
